    Nick Sharma

    I am a young seasoned Healthcare Business Leader and Entrepreneur living my dreams everyday and sharing my story along the way.

     

    I have successfully run many million dollar Healthcare Businesses, broken many company sales records, tripled company profits, led global teams, done deals at Ministry of Health levels, created new business verticals, been through multiple M&As, hired people, fired people.. most of all had a lot of success and good failures in my 20+ years Career.

     

    My unique gift “is the ability to see opportunities quicker, validate the concept faster and go to market before my competitors are awoke to it ".

     

    I am ultra passionate about Emerging MedTech, Business & Motivation, Entrepreneurship, IOT Trends, Investing & Family.

     

    I am a proud family man and together with my Wife Neelam & Daughter Nishaya we truly live a “glass is always full” life. Much of my strength and inspiration comes from my Daughter Nishaya who suffers from a very rare Genetic Syndrome. I draw strength from challenges we overcome daily as a family pushing the envelope to live our best versions of ourselves and to always contribute to anyone that needs it.

    Nick is an experienced Business Manager working in the field of Biomedical & Scientific Equipment Services. Nick has been active in this field for close to a decade working within various organizations in multiple roles which include Engineering, Technical Management, Applications, Sales and Business Development.

    Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering and further studies in Biomedical Engineering and Business Management to add to his CV he is well travelled having been involved in International Training Programmes in Germany, USA & Australia. Nick has experience speaking at other Nursing Conferences in relation to Biomedical Equipment Management & Safety.

    BUILD YOUR OWN SALES STYLE

    YOU are your own BRAND first

    As my career began to accelerate I really started to double down on more reading, listening to Podcasts, YouTube, E-Courses, Sales Seminars etc. looking for any new hidden gems that could help me transition and climb faster.

     

    The biggest trap that you can fall into when in this phase is you end up trying to emulate or copy who it is that you are studying at the time and ultimately become the copy cat style of Sales Rep that every customer hates. Try and retain your style e.g. if you like doing short presentations and selling on a platform then stick to it. Yes its good to explore other avenues BUT don't change your business model based on what is trending as it may not applicable to you. REMAIN AUTHENTIC TO YOURSELF.. YOU ARE YOUR BRAND FIRST!

     

    When receiving coaching or mentorship it is important to take what you learn and adapt it to your style. Confidence is you best friend in Sales and its a skill that you can acquire.
